Flexibility and technical feasibility are prerequisites for great process dynamics. Well-functioning tool manufacturing is an important factor in the production chain. We actively cooperate in the production of tools with selected specialists to deal with special requirements for surfaces and parts. All of our tool manufacturing partners are intimately familiar with the quality requirements necessary for perfect electroplating.

Qualified designers design, among other things, pressing tools, inspection gauges or removal grippers or other single-purpose machines and equipment for various production methods. Additional change management is used to implement the necessary tool conversions. Close cooperation with a network of partners and many years of know-how in tool manufacturing is the cornerstone of smooth serial production.
